Pretty Standard

I'm sitting here on the couch, half watching a movie (How to lose friends and alienate people) and half cruising the web on my lap top. The funniest thing is Rob is sitting right next to me, doing the exact same thing on his lap top. Yea, we're meant to be:)

I'm finding it's the little things in life that make me the happiest. Doing a load of laundry together. Sitting on the floor and rough housing with the dogs. Waking up next to the love of my life. Life is much quieter these days. I knew it would be and I had wondered how that would effect me. I'm happy to report that it effects me in a lot of good ways. I'm excited to come home. To kiss my man, to hug my animals. To hang out. To watch a movie. Working on the house is fun to me. We have gotten a lot done but still have a lot to do. The unusual thing (for me anyway) is that I'm not rushing into it. I'm not stressed about getting everything unpacked in a week, or freaking out that we don't have any curtains yet. I'm just here, doing my thing. Taking it one day at a time.
