Grubs up

For those of you keeping track (I say that like people actually care about this stuff) here is last nights dinner. Chicken Carbonara (pasta with chicken, artichokes, red peppers bacon, cheese and a cream sauce) served with crusty french bread, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I need to work on my food photographing skills. It tasted a lot better then it looks here.


I think I got a little over excited because I tried to make chocolate and peanut butter brownies for dessert and yea...that didn't turn out so well. I suck at baking. Even though I checked it a good 10 mins before it was supposed to be done, the bottom was all burned. The rest of it wasn't so much brownie like, more crunchy with some soft parts. Basically, it was a mess. It kind of reminded me of that scene in "Clueless" when Cher burns the cookies and the guys says "Oh honey! you baked!" Stupid brownies.
